At the ICA National Ice Cream Competition last week, Wafer Ltd won the top prize for Best Pistachio, Flavour House Class 2017. The product to claim top prize was ‘Pistachio Oro Verde’ from Elenka, Sicily, for whom Wafer Ltd is the UK and Irish Agent.

Pistachio Oro Verde is made from 100%  pistachios grown on the slopes of Mt Etna, where the fertile volcanic soil makes the pistachios grow big and ripe.
