Starting out making ice cream or gelato can be daunting but we are here to help from teaching you how to balance a perfect base recipe to  decorating and presentation techniques.  With over 20 years experience we can provide and give you everything you need to know in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere at NO COST and no obligation.

We also run group demonstration days covering various topics such as new recipe ideas (gelato, sorbet, vegan, gluten free), semi freddo and ice cream cakes, seasonal ideas etc… Our group demo days are a great opportunity to meet people in the industry sharing ideas and experiences whilst gaining new knowledge.
