Elenka Wild Strawberry Fruit Paste – Fragoline
Wild strawberries ice cream fruit paste. Characterised by the presence of fruit in pieces for a fresh and intense taste to ice cream. With natural dyes.
Dosage: Water gr. 1000 (or Gr. 300 of fresh strawberries or cong. and Gr. 700 of water), sugar Gr. 300, Geloin Gr. 50, Fragoline Gr. 100, Agrolina Ciaculli Gr. 5.
Available in a 3kg tin
Gelato Recipe: 100gr of paste to 1 lt of base mix

A minimum order of a half pallet (this is usually 40-45 cases) is required for cone and wafer products to ensure they arrive in the best condition possible.
Delivery is free on full pallet orders & orders over £1000. For half pallet orders there is a £40 carriage fee.
Cone Products can be mixed and matched and also mixed with other non-fragile items to make up your order.
