Lemon Sorbet
Elenka’s Agrolina Ciaculli is a lemon flavoured concentrate that creates an intense, refreshing natural lemon alternative to using fresh fruit without any synthetic taste. A perfect summer favourite or winter cleanse!
Ingredients
- 75ml Elenka Agrolina Cucialli
- 3g Bonificatore
- (THESE ABOVE TWO ITEMS COME TOGETHER WHEN YOU ORDER)
- 135g Elenka Nolat
- 30g Elenka Technoice
- 530g Sugar
- 130g Dextrose
- 2100 ml Water (preferably boiled water that is still warm when it reaches 45C)
Method
This makes 3 litres base – multiply up or divide down as needed.
- Mix the dry ingredients together well.
- Add them to the warm water and mix well.
- Let sit for 15 mins.
- Add the Agrolina and Bonificatore
- Pour into machine
- (optional) To finish decorate with fresh lemon
