Ferrero Rocher
A luxurious ice cream with contrasting layers of Elenka’s 100% toasted hazelnut or Elenka’s Chocolate Hazelnut paste for the base with a crunchy chocolate hazelnut ripple that does not freeze at low temperatures keeping that creamy ripple oozing throughout!
Ingredients
- 30g Cacao powder (per kg of base)
- 40g Hazelnut Laurus (per kg of base)
- 25g Dextrose (per kg of base)
At the extraction ripple with Nibbed nuts and decorate with elenka Otella Choc and Hazelnut (nutella style) OR Montebianco Choc and Hazelnut (Nutella Style).
