Since 1989, Wafer has grown from a family-run business into a leading manufacturer of ice cream cones, wafers, and dessert solutions across the UK and Ireland.
Built on a foundation of quality and craftsmanship, we have evolved into a forward-thinking business driven by innovation, packaging development and customer partnership.
Founded by Neil Doherty, Wafer began with a simple goal, to produce high-quality cones. Through continuous investment in manufacturing, automation, and product development, the business has grown into a trusted supplier across both wholesale and retail markets.
A key milestone came with the acquisition of Fiesta Cone Company in 1994, expanding our capabilities and product range. Today, we continue to build on this heritage while adapting to modern market demands.
